All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model and the personal-care products we sell, we do not accept refunds or returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Disliking a product

  • Delayed shipping

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to make it right by working with our supplier to replace the item when possible.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please reach out and we will assist in filing a claim or requesting a replacement when eligible.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Skincare

  • Supplements

  • Beauty tools

  • Any opened or used products
